These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website www.the-care.couture.com (hereinafter "the Website"), which is dedicated to the online sale of tailor-made suits. By placing an order on the Website, the customer unreservedly accepts these GTC.

The products sold on the Site are tailor-made suits made according to the specifications provided by the customer. The images and descriptions of the products on the Site are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product, particularly due to the specific nature of tailor-made manufacturing. While we try to accurately display the colors of our products on the web, the actual colors you see depend on your screen and its settings.



4.1 Order creation :
The order is placed online on the Website. The customer selects the desired product and provides their measurements and preferences regarding the cut, fabric, color, and other criteria related to the customization of the product.

The Care fabrics are subject to availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if a product you have requested is unavailable and, if you agree, we can offer you an equivalent, superior, or equivalent value product.


4.2 Order confirmation :

Once the order has been placed, the customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the order details. The sales contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order by the company.

 

  1. Price

5.1 Price :
The prices of tailor-made suits are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT), unless otherwise stated, excluding delivery costs.

5.2 Payment terms :
Payment for products is made online by credit card, PayPal, or any other means offered on the Site. The total amount of the order is debited at the time of order confirmation.

Taxes are not included in countries outside the European Union. Outside the European Union, all fees charged by The Care are not covered by taxes, duties, or other government levies or financial charges. You agree to pay and be responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, or charges for using the transaction services, as well as our service fees. 

 

  1. Manufacturing and Lead Times

6.1 Custom manufacturing:
Suits are made specifically for each customer, based on the measurements and customizations provided. It is therefore essential that the information provided is accurate.
6.2 Manufacturing times:
Manufacturing times vary depending on the complexity of the order and the availability of fabrics. As a general rule, manufacturing takes four weeks from receipt of payment and confirmation of measurements.
6.3 Delays:
In the event of a manufacturing delay, the customer will be notified by email. However, longer lead times may occur due to exceptional circumstances (periods of high demand, material supply issues, etc.).

 

  1. Delivery

7.1 Delivery terms :
Products are delivered to the address specified when placing the order. Deliveries are made via our carrier or any other carrier chosen by the company.
7.2 Delivery times :
Delivery times are generally 6 weeks but may vary depending on the destination and transport conditions.
7.3 Delivery costs :
Delivery is free for orders over €500. Otherwise, you will be charged €14.95 for delivery.

 

  1. Returns and Complaints

8.1 Order not received / damaged package

In order for us to offer solutions under our after-sales policy for any shipping-related issues (damaged packages, lost or missing products), you must notify us via the order details by email within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

Official documents completed and signed by the customer may be required in order to process the claim correctly with the logistics company. 

8.2 Non-compliant product:
Since the suits are made to measure, returns are generally not accepted, unless the product is defective or does not comply with the order (wrong size, cut, or fabric).
8.3 Complaints:
In the event of a problem with the order, the customer must contact customer service by email at contact@the-care-couture.com within 7 business days of receiving the product. Returns or exchanges may be accepted under certain conditions.

8.4. Liability

The company is not responsible for errors or omissions in the information provided by the customer, such as incorrect measurements, which may result in an error in the manufacture of the suit.
The company cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products.



  1. Changes/Cancellation of the order

The Care allows orders to be modified or canceled if this is done within 24 hours. After this period, The Care does not offer the option to cancel an order as production has begun and non-recoverable costs have been incurred. 

 

  1. Exclusion rights

The Care reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the Website and/or the services offered, without prior notice, on its own initiative or through a third party, to users who violate these terms and conditions.

 

  1. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All elements of the Site, including images, logos, text, and designs, are the exclusive property of The Care. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these elements is prohibited.

 

  1. Protection of personal data

In accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data (GDPR), the information collected during the ordering process is used solely for the purpose of processing the order and is intended exclusively for the company. Customers may access, modify, or request the deletion of their data at any time by contacting customer service via email.
