Stand up straight with your arms relaxed at your sides.

Place the tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, without pulling it too tight.

Breathe normally and keep the meter level.
|

3 Waist size
|
Measure around the natural waist, slightly above the navel.
|
Do not tighten the tape measure—leave a small gap for ease.

4 Hip circumference
|
Measure at the widest point of the hips and pelvis.
|
Keep your feet together for greater precision.
|

5 Back length
|
From the base of the neck (prominent vertebra) to the base of the buttocks.

Maintain a straight and natural posture.

6 Sleeve length
|
From the shoulder seam to the wrist bone, with the arm slightly bent.
