Return Policy – The Care
(Custom-made clothing)
Subject
This policy sets out the terms and conditions applicable to returns, complaints, and requests for adjustments concerning custom-made garments by The Care.
No right of withdrawal – Personalized products
In accordance with Article L221-28, 3° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
As such, custom-made garments created by The Care cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in the case of a defect attributable to the company.
Ajustements et retouches
The Care undertakes to provide clothing that complies with the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.
In case of fitting issues:

The customer has a period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the product to notify any request for adjustment.

The Care procédera aux retouches nécessaires sans frais, dans la limite des modifications techniquement réalisables.

The Care may request photos or a fitting (in-store or via videoconference).
Frais de renvoi pour retouches :

Covered by The Care in the event of an obvious manufacturing error.

À la charge du client si les retouches sont nécessaires en raison de mesures incorrectes transmises lors de la commande.
Non-compliant or defective products
If the product received has a manufacturing defect or proven non-conformity:

The customer must inform The Care within 7 calendar days.

After verification, The Care will cover the cost of repair, replacement, or remanufacturing at no additional charge.

No refunds will be given, except in cases where it is impossible to repair or remake the product.
Conditions d’acceptation des retours (retouches ou vérification)
The garment must be:

unworn (except for trying on),
-
unwashed,
-
free from stains, odors, or damage,
-
returned in its original condition.
Any product showing damage attributable to the customer may be refused.
Order cancellation
Custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, production will have begun, making cancellation impossible and no refunds possible.

Reserve for changes
The Care reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.
